The theme of this week's in-person tour is "Construction in the Ancient World: How’d They Do That?"

Join us as we explore building materials and construction techniques used in ancient Mesopotamia, Egypt, and the Roman Empire. From houses and tombs to public baths and Roman villas—you can find it all at the Kelsey.

Masks are required inside the Kelsey. For more information about our COVID procedures and how to prepare for your visit, please visit our website, lsa.umich.edu/kelsey/visit/reopening-details.

Saturday Sampler tours are free and open to all visitors. If you are a person with a disability who requires accommodation to attend this tour, please contact the education office (734-647-4167 or kelsey.ed@umich.edu) at least two weeks in advance. We ask for advance notice as some accommodations may require more time for the University to arrange.
