Quivers and Plabic Graphs

Cluster algebras have an associated combinatorial object called a quiver. We will experiment with quiver mutations, and think about some interesting questions that come up. Then we will introduce plabic graphs, which are a related tool, and get our hands dirty with moves on plabic graphs. Come ready to draw some arrows! Speaker(s): Katie Waddle (UM)
