Exams are Hard: Eat the Cookie
Resource Navigators Sponsored Well-Being Break
We admit that a cookie's not much, but sometimes a little is all you need to help with mental well-being. Study models, such a the Pomodoro Method (linked on the right), allow for five minutes of downtime during bursts of intensity. If you're studying in or around the League--and we do recommend it--stop by and eat the cookie. :)
Resource Navigators, a member of the U-M Well-Being Collective, bring you monthly well-being breaks called "Smile on Your Face" or #SoYF that encourage students on campus to practice identified key dimensions that contribute to our personal and community health.
