Your body's circadian clock is what makes you feel sleepy and alert at different times of the day, and disrupting the clock is what causes jet lag. My start-up takes math bio models of the circadian clock and puts them on servers and in apps so users can track and steer their own internal time. In this talk, I'll discuss the kind of work we do, as well as my own experiences starting a company out of graduate school.
